All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.
Some delivery areas and postcodes are excluded from our shipping policy. This may be due to weight restrictions with our carriers and/or lack of availability. You will be notified shortly after your order should their be any issues with delivery to your delivery address.
We offer free delivery for all applicable orders over £50.00 in the UK except for parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We are, however, unable to offer free delivery on large items such as our large lawnmowers, generators etc or pallet deliveries. However, they are discounted delivery costs and we work hard to keep the cost to you as low as possible. We’ll dispatch your order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00.
Ensuring your order is received promptly, in the same condition in which it left us, is at the top of our agenda. Here at ParkerBrand we work with the best carriers available based on their reputation and proven track record with ourselves. We monitor the performance of all delivery partners.

Unfortunately, in rare instances, things do go wrong. Very occasionally, parcels are damaged or lost in transit. Whilst we share your frustration, we would like to remind you that our customer care team are here to resolve any issue with the dedicated professionalism you would expect of an established business.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with an estimated date of your delivery.
In order to receive these notifications, it is important that correct mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are given at checkout.
We always aim to dispatch you orders with precision and speed; you’d never expect less from us. Some large and bulky items are not available for free delivery but any delivery fees are usually discounted.
To our regret, with large, bulky and heavy items such as our generators, water pumps and our lawnmower range, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We shall certainly dispatch them immediately on a next day service but due to the nature of the consignment they may take just a little while longer.
We know that you want your item quickly and to be able to put it to use - and we want the same for you. So, be sure in the knowledge that our guys will process and dispatch your order super swiftly and dispatched on a next day delivery - we are simply not able to absolutely guarantee that it will be with you next day.
Please note that shipments destined for Northern Ireland may be subject to additional customs or regulatory requirements under the Windsor Framework. As a result, import charges or fees may apply even for deliveries from within the UK.

Pallet deliveries are dispatched on all orders received by 11.30 daily. We have a close working relationship with both Palletline and UPN who are specialists in this type of delivery.. Please ensure you have provided a mobile phone number for delivery notifications and for the driver to call before delivery to ensure someone is present to accept delivery at the designated address.
Delivery is by pallet and the smallest delivery vehicle is 7.5 ton. Please ensure that there is reasonable access for delivery.
We strive to delivery all of products swiftly. Our delivery partners are specifically chosen for their reliability and accuracy. When your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from the delivery company. Our delivery companies, including DPD and Fed-Ex, will attempt to deliver to your address. No doubt you’ll have made arrangements to accept delivery. If they are not able to deliver, further delivery attempts will be made. Following further attempts, If you have not given special instructions ( eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour) your package may either be returned to us or, when possible, sent to a pick-up shop for you to collect.
You will be given the tracking number for you delivery via email and or text. YOu can use this tracking number to up date your delivery including leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour for most carriers. Should you need nay assistance or further information you are welcome to contact our Customer Care team who will be ready to help you.
PARKERBRAND WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?
We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of ParkerBrand.
While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.
For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that we work closely with UK Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.
Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.
The first year of your warranty covers for parts and labour, thereafter, for the second year it is parts only. We always work with our customers to provide an effective outcome within the warranty framework where this is possible.
EXCLUSIONS
We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts beyond 30 days. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:
Two Stroke Garden Tools (including Brush Cutter, Multi Function Garden Tool, Earth Auger, Chainsaw)
Four Stroke Engine Powered Machinery (Including Pressure Washers, Generators, Water Pumps)
Air-Compressor
Every effort is made to work pro-actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.
If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.
MISUSE
Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.
We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can do assist you in getting up and running once more.

PICK UP and DROP OFF
It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. In some cases we send you a pre-paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage where the order is over 6 months year old.
30 DAYS
If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
COMMERCIAL USE
We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).

We have a dedicated team at our Headquarters here in Louth Lincolnshire who are customer focussed and will always be happy to find the best solution for you. We do not expect you to have any issue at all of course, our machines are fully quality tested and assured which is no less than you’d expect from a company with a rising reputation for quality tools at a very favourable price-point. That’s a strong point, price, as we are sure you agree, but just as important is after sales service and a timely response if things aren’t quite as they should be. You can rely on ParkerBrand to respond when you need us.

Well built and easy to use. Swapping from blade to line takes less than a minute. First time using a handlebar strimmer and took a little time to set up the harness but once done very comfortable to use.
Have used others but nothing is close to this for the money
I get a lot of heavy strimming jobs and have found my arm fatigue has been cut by 2/3rds.build quality seems good,At this price I would expect to wear out 3 strimmers in 4 months.i do service very regular and am hoping it stands up to the abuse my Titan has put up with.

I've had this for 2 years and is used on a regular basis. However, today it decided to become a non strimmer. After stripping down the transfer drive at the bottom I discovered the splines had stripped out. Searching the internet I cannot find replacements and they don't appear to be available. Shame.
Delivery service brilliant. Brush cutter far better made than I expected, plenty of metal fittings where others have ropey plastic a decided improvement on my old JCB strimmer.

I have had 2 petrol strimmers and both have broken down. I only picked this one because it is 52 cc and I could have it delivered the following day via Amazon prime. I was stunned by the build quality especially the amount of metal used in construction in comparison with the usually plastic.
Instructions are clear, it started first time and is reasonable quiet. Compared with the other strimmer/brushcutters I have owned the performance is very good.
For the price this is a brilliant tool.

Had this for the past two summers and usefd regularly on my allotment. Very powerful and even worked after I had forgotten to drain the petrol oil mix last winter. Really good value. I used a stihl whe n working for local authority and this machine looks and feels pretty similar. I would highly recommend.

I have only just unwrapped this machine and it is a quality piece of kit. I hope it works as well as I think it will. I had returned a strimmer from another manufacturer to Amazon and that wasn't a patch on this. Great value too. Delivered within a day of ordering. What a great company. Well done and thank you
This is a bargain!
Easy to use - easy starting - the blade cuts through bramlbles etc. like butter - in addition the 2.4mm strimmer wire is excellent for all grasses and light weeds.
My only criticism is that the strap, although adjustable for the hanging pad, is not adjustable around the body so for us "robuster" people it's a tight fit

I have both the brush cutter and the petrol hedge trimmer and both are fantastic bits of kit, staff at parker are always helpful and deliveries are swift. Only minor down side is the reloading of the spools which can be a little fiddly, but outside of that a great company with great products, well done Parker.
My B&Q strimmer broke down a couple of months ago , during this time the nettles Couch grass and bind weed had gone mad on my allotment, Got this today and put it to work, one word describes this item "Excellent", it started first time and cut the weeds down very quickly.
Brilliant, amazing , if you don't spend £70 , you will not buy a better bit of gardening equipment this year , trust me....well done PARKER....

Very pleased with this brush cutter, in fact, it's the best one I've ever had, my last one cost me over £150, was exchanged three times due to quality and performance issue before I got my money back. This brush cutter starts very well, is powerful and runs like a dream. I had over an acre to clear and it just took it in its stride.I cant recommend this product enough.

The value for money, and the power, and general quality is more than outstanding. What a deal. Having worked through three makes that cost twice this price, and having worked in Forestry for 30 years, I have seen them all. The best is still the classics, but they are industrial strength with an industrial price. For home, large garden and semi professional use, this is unbelievable value and strength for the price of a full tank of petrol in the car.
